What is a normal VvE contribution per m²?
VvE.nl gives € 2 to € 2.50 per m² per month as a rule of thumb. A building with a lift or collective heating is often above it, a small block without facilities below.
What is the average VvE contribution in 2026?
About € 270 a month, according to a survey by Radar and Vereniging Eigen Huis of 655 apartment owners. Independer found € 161 a month in 2025 for apartments that were for sale.
Is a low VvE contribution a good thing?
Not necessarily. A low contribution can mean the VvE saves too little for major maintenance, followed later by a levy, a loan or a steep increase. How to check this as a buyer.
